Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, here is what you need to know about our return policy.
Incorrect Sizing
If you ordered the wrong size, we are happy to offer an exchange.
To be eligible, your return must meet the following conditions:

The return must be initiated within 3 day of receiving your item.

The item must be in new and unused condition.

The Cloud Tag Harness Digital Pet ID specifically must not have been registered to a pet.
Return Shipping:
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We do not provide return labels. To ensure your return arrives safely, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange or refund. Refunds can take up to 7 business days to appear in your account.
Sale Items
All sales on discounted or promotional items are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items for incorrect sizing or change of mind. If a sale item is faulty or defective, please see the section below.
Faulty or Defective Products
We are sorry to hear that you received a faulty item. Please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
