5. Can I update my pet's information after I've activated my Wag Tag?

Yes! You can update your pet’s profile anytime, anywhere. Easily log in and make changes to your address or phone number without needing a new tag.

6. Does the Wag Tag have a GPS tracker?

No, the QR code tag itself does not contain GPS technology and cannot track your pet's real-time location. However, when someone scans the tag, you may receive an instant email notification with the GPS location of the finder's phone at the time of the scan.

Yes, you have full control. You can choose to display only essential contact information and keep more sensitive data private.
