Shipping Policy

We're excited for you to receive your order! Here’s what you need to know about our shipping options and delivery times.

Shipping Fees

Enjoy free local shipping on all orders ₱5,000 and over. For orders under this amount, a flat-rate fee will be applied based on your location:

Metro Manila (NCR): ₱150
Luzon: ₱175
Visayas & Mindanao: ₱200

Shipping & Delivery Times

All orders are processed and shipped exclusively on Mondays and Thursdays, with the exception of major holidays. The cutoff time for same-day shipping is 12:00 PM (Noon) on those days. Orders placed after the 12:00 Noon cutoff will be shipped on the following scheduled shipping day (the next Monday or Thursday).

Once your order is shipped, you can expect it to arrive within the following timeframes:

Metro Manila (NCR): 1 business day
Luzon: 1 to 2 business days
Visayas: 2 to 5 business days
Mindanao: 3 to 6 business days

For same day pick-up orders, 12 noon cutoff time applies.

Delivery Attempts

The courier will attempt to deliver your package a maximum of two times. If the delivery is unsuccessful after two attempts, the package will be returned to our facility. To have your order re-shipped, it will be treated as a new transaction, and additional shipping fees will apply.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your delivery online.

Order Cancellations

Wags & Co. reserves the right to cancel any order we are unable to fulfill. If your order is canceled, we will notify you immediately. We are not liable for any inconvenience or expenses that may result from an order cancellation.
